- This program has a reduced appraisal charge of two hundred and ninety-five dollars plus tax and it is
the lowest appraisal cost in Ontario based on our most recent survey of local appraisal companies.
- The H.E.L.P. Program will not accept any third party appraisals.

disclosures, including this rate information sheet and all mortgage proposals issued to you by our firm.
